Official Travel Allowance for Staff

IC Staff members have an allowance of CHF 3.500 per calendar year.

LD Staff members have an allowance of CHF 4.500 per calendar year

In case of prestigious invitations (e.g. plenary invited talk at ICHEP) the group leader may decide that costs can be covered without counting them against your travel budget.
