TH process

Once the call is open TH will publish a job advert on SmartRecruiters and distribute through TH-world. Everyone is encouraged to share the information separately with potential candidates (TH SmartRecrtuiters job advert https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/ni/CERN/eb247511-0d39-4456-a0e8-534e 5d195d2a-msca-pf-th-2024).

To be considered by TH every applicant has to complete the SmartRecruiters application.

We will discuss applicants in TH Staff meetings and agree whom to accept during the period April-July.

One staff member per candidate is identified as TH contact and supervisor.

Accepted candidates start preparing their application and will be provided with supporting material and information by Ingrid Haug.

Candidates are provided with help by HR and also the Swiss National Contact point (see resources below).

TH tops up the successful candidate's salary to correspond to the one of normal fellows.

EDH process

For each accepted applicant Andreas creates an internal EDH document EDH document.
Every TH contact/supervisor completes the HE Marie Curie (MSCA) template, which then needs to be

attached to the EDH document.
Once submitted the document requires approval of the directorate (submission deadline 21.08.2024)
