The FORM computer algebra system has been developed for, and used for heavy symbolic computations in the precision high energy physics community for multiple decades, and has been the underlying technology behind a remarkable fraction of state-of-the-art results. As the CERN Courier puts it, FORM is “the most important tool you've never heard of” [1].The FORM Developer's Workshop is an opportunity for users and developers of FORM to come together and discuss FORM's cutting-edge applications, techniques and methods of efficient usage, the current status of the code, as well as ideas for future directions to ensure that the development continues in a user-driven way.The FORM Developer's Workshop has been held yearly since 2023. See Amsterdam 2026 [2], Liverpool 2025 [3], Zurich 2024 [4], and Madrid 2023 [5] for previous editions.[1] https://cerncourier.com/the-most-important-tool-youve-never-heard-of/[2] https://indico.nikhef.nl/event/7533/[3] https://conference.ippp.dur.ac.uk/event/1459/[4] https://indico.cern.ch/event/1386443/[5] https://indico.ift.uam-csic.es/event/17/
